Makeup Classes
You can schedule unlimited make-ups as space allows. To be eligible for a make-up, you must report any absences before the class missed (early notice preferred, but we know last-minute is sometimes unavoidable). Make-ups may be scheduled before or after the missed class, but must be taken within the current semester.
Refund/Credit Policy
Tuition payment is due with registration prior to the first class. No tuition refunds can be given after start of semester. Credit towards future semester can be issued if you need to withdraw after the start of the semester.

Class Cancelation Policy
If a class is canceled, we will provide a makeup class at a later date.

Class Absences
Please let us know in writing (text/email) when you will miss a class. This allows you to be eligible for make-ups and provide space in full classes for drop-ins and make-ups for other families.
Taking Pictures in Class
While occasional pictures/videos of your child in class is fine, it's important to focus on modeling music-making for your child. The best time to take photos is during the play-along so that you can sing throughout the rest of the class. Please ask the other parents before you take or post a picture of the/their child on social media.
Maintaining a Healthy Environment
Do not attend class if you or your child is ill. If you or your child has had a fever, you must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without the assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class. All instruments & props are sanitized between classes. Help minimize germ spread by washing both your and your child’s hands immediately after class.
Timeliness Request
Please do your best to arrive at class just prior to start time as we start promptly. It will make your child's adjustment easier and ensure you don't miss a minute of music making!
