ATTENDANCE
Make-Up Classes
All families are eligible for unlimited make-up classes! In order to receive a make-up class credit, you’ll need to “cancel” the class you’ll be absent for in the portal. You’ll receive a credit that can be used to schedule a make-up class in any Music Together® Mixed-Age class time slot. There are bonus classes built into the schedule as well for families unable to attend make-up classes during the week. You do not need to use a make-up credit to attend bonus classes.

Class Cancellation Policy
If a class is canceled by LaLa Lessons, we will provide a make-up class at a later date.​ If you cannot attend that make-up class, you will still be issued a make-up credit to be used in the class of your choosing.

Class Absences
You must “cancel” your attendance to be eligible for make-ups. To mark yourself absent, please log into the portal, select the date you will be absent, and “cancel” your attendance in the class. You will be issued a make-up credit you can use to enroll in the class of your choice. This is also a kindness to other families as it shows there will now be an open spot in the class for make-ups/drop-ins.
Taking Pictures in Class
While occasional pictures/videos of your child in class is fine, it's important to focus on modeling music-making for your child. The best time to take photos is during the play-along so that you can sing and play along with your child. We know these fleeting childhood moments are precious, so you may take pictures/videos, but please keep it brief and ask the other parents before you take or post a picture of them/their child on social media.

Maintaining a Healthy Environment
Do not attend class if you or your child is ill. If you or your child has had a fever, you must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without the assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class. All instruments & props are sanitized between classes. Help minimize germ spread by washing both your and your child’s hands immediately after class.
Timeliness Request
Please do your best to arrive at class just prior to start time as we start promptly. It will make your child's adjustment easier and ensure you don't miss a minute of music making!

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Refund Policy
Family Membership Registration fee and Drop-In class payments are non-refundable. If you choose to withdraw from Family Membership 48+ hours before your classes begin, your 1st month’s tuition can be refunded.

Payment Processing
When you enroll in the Family Membership Plan, your credit card will be securely stored in your account and charged one month from your date of registration (e.g. if you enroll on the 15th, future payments will be processed on the 15th). Tuition is charged for the upcoming month i.e. classes are paid for prior to attending. There will be a $10 charge for declined credit card transactions. Drop-In class fee is charged at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIP
Cancelling your Membership:
Cancelling a membership requires 30 days written notice to info@lalalessonsdfw.com. You can cancel anytime after your first month of classes. If you choose to enroll again in the future, simply register again for a Family Membership.

Pausing your Membership:
If you’ll be away for an extended amount of time (ie. traveling abroad for a month or welcoming a new baby), you can pause your membership at any time. To resume your monthly classes, simply reach out to us, and we’ll get you back in at a time that works for your family!
